These people are idiots. I came home from work one winter day sick with the flu to find my heating was out. I called ARS and they promised to have someone out within 2 hours. So after three hours of shivering in my bed being unable to rest, I called them. They had me on the schedule for THE NEXT DAY. When the tech did finally make it out, several hours later, I told him about how dissatisfied I was and he basically shrugged it off. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how a company compensates for these mistakes that makes them a decent or an incompetant business. ARS clearly doesn't care if their customers are happy as long as they get our money!
