Wanted to upgrade some laminate flooring I bought there but they didn't have the upgrade. They charged me a 25% restocking fee on UNOPENED boxes of laminate I had for 7 days. NO ONE volunteered to mention this fee before I purchased the flooring. Please read your receipt like a contract BEFORE leaving the store with your merchandise. In fact, if that were not enough, they overcharged me on the restocking fee by including the taxes in the fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Cons: 25% Restocking Fee on UNOPENED Merchandise more
