The need for frequent office visits for BP medication seems excessive, as I monitor my BP regularly and know when something is awry. It feels more like the office needs the billing, and I have a high copay.
Followup is haphazard - it can take days to get a reply, and then action on the request can take a few more days. The office manager nearly yelled at me once, saying a prescription was mailed on a certain date. When it finally arrived, it was postmarked a week later.
