I have HSA home warranty and they sent out Block to diagnose the problem. Ben went out and when I called him, he told me he did not know what was wrong and he need to call home warranty company. But when I called warranty company and found out that the report he gave to them is totally different than what he told me. He is not honest and when he came, he did not even do any dianostic test to find out what was wrong with the ac unit. We used him last year when there was some problem with the ac unit (he contracted with hoem warranty company) and he was unable to fix it at all, nor did he even know how to fix it. We had to send someone else out to fix it. So I will not recommand Block to anyone.
