My daughter did not receive her team photo with the rest of the T-ball team - 1st mess up!
I called to check why she did not receive. They said I ordered online. I did not! 2nd mess up!!
When they finally found my order they had it wrong - not the format I requested. 3rd screw up.
I corrected the order and asked for it to be sent to my address by a certain date, letting them know it was the end of the year T-ball party. It did not show up in time, in fact I am still waiting for it. That's 4 mistakes on one SIMPLE order.
By the way, I PREPAID.
