Dynamic Photography

Working with Dynamic photography for sports photos and I'm unsure if I will even receive my order. Drove by their store front in Lake Oswego and they are not there anymore. Called to ask a question and they don't answer their phones. Then I heard through a friend that they went bankrupt. Just want to let consumers know to be careful and that you may not receive your orders. Still waiting for mine. Cons: I hope I still receive my daughters T-ball photos more

I have two different experiences with Dynamic. . . my sons have had sports photos taken by the company, in addition to my brief work there at off-site group and individual sport photo sessions. The photos I paid for were decidedly NOT dynamic. My son's football team was staring directly into the sun, so all of their eyes were squeezed shut. They also entered one player's name to several players. Ooops. For basketball season, both of my children had okay pictures but with a lack of attention to detail. In one picture my son is holding a basketball with the logo upside down. The hoop with the area logo on it was half cropped out of the picture. The other one was very similar. My daughter did not receive her team photo with the rest of the T-ball team - 1st mess up! I called to check why she did not receive. They said I ordered online. I did not! 2nd mess up!! When they finally found my order they had it wrong - not the format I requested. 3rd screw up. I corrected the order and asked for it to be sent to my address by a certain date, letting them know it was the end of the year T-ball party. It did not show up in time, in fact I am still waiting for it. That's 4 mistakes on one SIMPLE order. By the way, I PREPAID. Cons: Messed up order, still waiting....... more

My daughter had her soccer pictures taken by this company in October 2008, its now December 29th and still nothing. I'm usually one to not worry, to not sweat the small stuff. I get it things happen, but honestly to be told by 1 young lady that they will be coming to me in the mail and then take my address, to then call back (because they haven't arrived) and again to be told by another young lady the same line and again ask for my address (why ask again if you've already mailed them out?) In either case I'm still waiting for my pictures and so are eager grandparents, who don't live in the area and pictures mean the world to them. All I'm asking is for the truth - having issues? I get it, but honestly let people know what's going on instead of making empty promises. Pros: Nothing that I can see Cons: Everything more

Personally, I've read every review on here and all I have to say is..why so much negativity? I mean yeah I understand you all want your pictures and everything you ordered to be perfect and they should be..but I highly doubt any of you have thought about anyone but yourselves when writing these reviews. Have you ever considered maybe Dynamic is doing everything they can to make everyone happy. Obviously if you have a complaint others will too, but have you ever thought that maybe they're just going through a rough patch? I mean I'm sure there's probably honestly a lesson learned here. I have had my pictres taken with Dynamic in the past, the pictures were awesome, so personally that leaves me to believe that something must have gone wrong this season. I got my pictures this season and they weren't nearly as good as last years, but I'm gonna hold out and not complain about it because everyone digs themselves into a hole they can't get out of..but eventually someone comes along and helps out..so before you decide to add another nasty complaint on this thing, consider someone elses feelings first and save the stress and negativity for something that's actually worth complaining about. more

My daughter's school pictures were taken in August, and we've yet to receive them. I've been told twice that they have been put in the mail but as of 12/11/08 still have not gotten them. Also, I've been told that a list of students that will be appearing in the year book has been posted at school and my daughters name is not on that list. So now I've also paid for a very expensive year book that my daughter's picture will not be in as well as pictures I don't have. They've cashed my check, yet they can't find her pictures. These are not just pictures, they are memories and Dynamic Photography is ruining them for so many people. I would NEVER recommend this company. more

ok so where do I start first of all they messes up our whole teams pictures they misspelled names and they cropped names off and it was horrible. so I called to get it fixed and that took about a month in a half on top of what we waited to get the original pictures back they keep telling me they will meet a certain deadline and it never happens. On oct 17th I ordered more wallets because those were great and my family wanted more well here it is Dec 3rd and I am yet to recieve them. When I called today they said they would get them in the mail in the next 30 minutes so we will see if they come. I would not recommend using this company if you dont have to the sad thing is that the sport league chooses and I really think they should take another look and try to use a differant company. Well after waiting for 2 months to get my sons soccer photo's i received them last night and couldn't believe it!!!! The kids smiles were great all looking in the same direction (boys its hard to do sometimes).. more

We have used Dynamic for years for our cheerleading squad and individual photos. They have always turned out great and delivered in 2 weeks. Usually the photographer takes several shots of each girl to have a ""best"" selection. This photographer took one shot of each girl and each proof on line showed the marked tape line where each girl was told to stand. more

This place was chose to take my sons school pictures. When I saw the picture, I asked my son why he is looking up in the air. He said they made him look up like that and that they were very rude about it. Also, he has blonde hair and the picture looks like he has red hair Cons: everything more
