I have a really hard time going to car dealers just because I don't like the hassle with pushy sales people, but they were really relaxed. He asked a couple of questions to find out what we needed and showed us lots of choices. I was impressed that he was able to stick to the price range and style that I specified, (not to mention the fact that my kids where there too asking all sorts of (crazy) questions). When we finally decided on the vehicle it was over what we wanted to spend (because it's autmatic), but he was able to knock $1900 off so we could buy it.
