We were first introducted to Wallace's by the Chrysler dealer. Their service department, which was very good, couldn't figure out why our car wouldn't run properly. The Chrysler people charged a small fortune, and were unable to fix the problem. We took their advice and had the car TOWED to Wallace Auto Electric. Lester, Steve, and the rest of the staff were extremely thorough and were able to fix the car. Two Chyrsler dealers had been ready to give up on it. Lester's employees went through the wiring to find out what the problem was, and were able to repair it. All the Chrysler dealers were able to suggest was to replace the car, which was ridiculous since it's in great condition, other than the electrical/computer issue which has now been resolved thanks to Wallace's Auto Electric's superb service. Everyone has been extremely polite and helpful and we can't thank them enough. I can't imagine anyone having any type of problem there - we always hear about extremely satisfied customers. We have both our cars serviced there - they do just about everything. I've used many local service areas and you won't find a better place, or nicer people. They're truly awesome.
