I was told that they have good rates. I spent close to an hour on the phone with them, 99% of that was on hold. I asked to speak to the manager, she put me on an additional 15 minute hold. I think that the 'good' reviews and rebuttals of the ""bad"" reviews were put there by the employees, because, they are awfully protective.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!
