The sales staff promised us that the pool would be serviced by a specific date. The Service Manager failed to call and schedule the appointment in enough time to make that happen. The service technicians no showed, no call on their scheduled date. When they did arrive they failed to complete the service and broke one of the caps on the pool. Technicians never returned phone calls. The service manager refused to acknowledge the poor performance of her employees. Technicians lied and told her work had been complete when it hadn't. The store manager was ambivalent. There was no attempt made to make the customer happy. It took 2 months to get the service complete and several hours of follow up and phone calls to see a resolution. This place is horrible!
