I called 2 hours before I was to pick up a rental letting the agent know that I will need a ride from my home. Well, the rental agent promised that she would have someone to pick me up but no one ever showed. I even called the National Reservation center in St. Louis to complain and again was promised that an agent would take care of me but still.....no resolution!
Pros: Great company to rent from but...
Cons: This Olive Branch, MS location is ran by idiots
