Excellent Customer Service at this location. Quick service. Only complaint was the car was not clean, don't mean a little dirty but actually not clean inside at all. I have experienced better than that at Enterprise but the last two rentals was less than expected or desired. I am a repeat customer because I love the customer service but if I keep paying for a dirty vehicle I will have to look elsewhere - thanks. more

Quite unreliable. Provides personnal information to others via email ""by mistake"" my credit card number provided to an indidual that fortunately advised me and did not take advavtage of the mistake. Tried to correct this several times they simply appologize then ignore it. I would do business with them carefully if at all. Buyer beware. Kenneth S more

do not rent 6/1/2011

This place is the worst. I rented a car from this place and was accused of damaging the cd player. We did not use the cd player and they contacted us 2 weeks after we rented the car. They did not take into consideration that an employee could have done it or even someone else that may have rented the car after us. I would advise anyone that rents form enteprise to be very careful and make sure you have someone sign off that the car is the condition you left it. I really would suggest using another rental facility and I live in Olive Branch. more

Will they pick you up? 6/19/2009

I called 2 hours before I was to pick up a rental letting the agent know that I will need a ride from my home. Well, the rental agent promised that she would have someone to pick me up but no one ever showed. I even called the National Reservation center in St. Louis to complain and again was promised that an agent would take care of me but still.....no resolution! Pros: Great company to rent from but... Cons: This Olive Branch, MS location is ran by idiots more
