I took my dog in for a brief exam so I could refill a prescription. I was there for over two hours. I spent fewer than 5 minutes actually talking to the vet tech or vet. I waited in the waiting room. I waited in the exam room. I waited in the lobby. I waited outside. I'm new to town and was hoping to find a vet for all my pets but I'll never go back there. I can't say much about the staff because what can you learn in 5 minutes?
