I was recommended by Cigna to contact Facey for a Pediatrician. I called to set up a consulations appointment b/c I wanted to meet the doctor in person before I commited to long term care. The receptionist was RUDE and said ""I will call you back he (William Groves) doesn't take those kind of appointments.
