Canty, Mark D, Md - Facey Medical Group

I went to Facey for an ear ache over 1 1/2 years ago. I went there because I was in LA visiting family and my regular doctor was over 400 miles away. I have & had insurance. They miss coded the claim and my insurance didn't pay. I called and told them what they did and how to fix it. The resubmitted with the same mistake.I called them numerous times over the next several months and told them how to fix the problem and they did not. Now they are sending me to a collection agency. WOW. Their error and they think I should pay. I spoke to the insurance company, they would have paid if they received the claim properly, now it's too late. 25 years ago this was a great place. They cared about the patients and employees. Now they care about money and they can't even file a proper insurance claim. See for your self, the social media doesn't lie. The average rating for Facey is 2 - 2 1/2 stars out of 5. Do you really dislike yourself or family enough to go to a medical clinic that is much less than average? This is your life and health folks. BTW, the ear infection....the prescription I got didn't work. I had to go to my regular doctor when I returned home and get a different antibiotic. more

I was recommended by Cigna to contact Facey for a Pediatrician. I called to set up a consulations appointment b/c I wanted to meet the doctor in person before I commited to long term care. The receptionist was RUDE and said ""I will call you back he (William Groves) doesn't take those kind of appointments. I never received a call and would not consider taking my child there now.\r \r There are a lot of unemployed people with manners - I suggest you look.
