We took our dogs to Best Friends when I had to go on a business trip. They did take good care of our two dogs and even gave them a bath and brushed them free of charge. They do however charge per day they are there, no matter when they arrive or what time you pick them up. This means if you drop your dog off at 4 pm on Fri and pick them up at 10 am on Sat you are charged for 2 days. They also have very limited weekend hours, only until 2 on Sat and 4-6 pm on Sun. This being said I do feel that our dogs were well taken care of and when we picked them up they seemed happy.
