Great for elderly dogs as well as puppies 3/27/2012

Top notch facility/home away from home. I board my elderly 13yo dog that has alot of issues(blind, athritis,hearing loss) as well as my energetic 2yo dog and both are well cared for and happy. I appreciate that they have a late night potty break for older dogs that have bladder issues. Makes a world of difference when you can relax on vacation knowing your babies are well cared for. more

Worth the drive 11/21/2011

I found Best Friends Bed and Biscuit about 10 years ago and I have enjoyed every vacation since. I know I don't have to worry, it's like leaving my baby with family. My dog gets so excited when I pull in the driveway, she loves it there. Before BFBB I used to have to drag my dogs into a kennel, once we stared at BFBB they were dragging me in. I only have one dog now but I can tell you I will drive the 50 minute drive for every dog that joins my family. Nora and her entire staff are great!!!!! more

While I had some issue with leaving Susie on this last occassion in June 2010, Nora has listened to my problem and responded as I would have expected her to respond. I believe Best Friend B&B is a caring kennel and takes better care of our dogs than most other kennels more

Good care but extra fees... 5/17/2009

We took our dogs to Best Friends when I had to go on a business trip. They did take good care of our two dogs and even gave them a bath and brushed them free of charge. They do however charge per day they are there, no matter when they arrive or what time you pick them up. This means if you drop your dog off at 4 pm on Fri and pick them up at 10 am on Sat you are charged for 2 days. They also have very limited weekend hours, only until 2 on Sat and 4-6 pm on Sun. This being said I do feel that our dogs were well taken care of and when we picked them up they seemed happy. more

I had the pleasure of working at Best Friends for a few short months while living in North Carolina. I have been in the pet industry for 30 years. This is the best run kennel I have ever seen. Great find for pet boarding! 11/14/2005

My family has been using Bed & Biscuit for several years, they do a great job looking after dogs - lots of playtime, doggy massages for the older dogs, and ours always came home freshly bathed & happy. Staff is very vigilant & good-natured, & they've always given us a full report of puppy's behaviour while we were away; we'd never take our dog anywhere else. more
