I took my morkie and yorkie dogs here and when I arrived the owner had the nerve to argue with me about the breed of my dog, like I was trying to scam him or something! He told me that my morkie was a poodle because of the coat and that he would have to charge me extra since it would be harder for him to groom her! I explained to him that I had papers certifying that she was in fact a morkie. He was very rude. After lowering the price on my yorkie since I didn't want them to cut the length of her hair I agreed to letting them groom the dogs. I was very put off by this and my mother and I thought it was strange that he was arguing with me about it. I even contemplated saying something to him when I went back to pick them up but decided against it. Later when I went back, the dogs they looked great, but the owner proceeded to explain to me that there was no way that she was a morkie b/c as he put it ""You can't get that coloring in a morkie"" and eluded that the people who sold her to me mislead me. I explained that I saw both the parents and knew that she was a morkie and yet again he continued that it couldn't be possible. I then got VERY offended and decided to share that I thought it was VERY rude of him to tell me what breed my dog was when I clearly said that she was a morkie and had papers on her. He then told me to just ""Pay him and go"" and then he added ""don't come back"". I feel that it was totally inappropriate and unprofessional how he handled himself. I hear all the time that people think my dog is a poodle, but at least they're nice about it. He could've said that he had never seen a morkie in her coloring or something to that effect rather than making me out to be a liar! I will NEVER take my dogs back there which is really a shame b/c I liked the way my dogs came out. Hasn't he ever heard the saying the customer is always right?!!!!
Pros: Dogs looked great.
Cons: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNER!!!!!
