I have a Samsung Refrigerator under warrenty. Aid Audio & TV Service is under contract to repair requests made from Samsung. They told me because another company looked at my refrigerator they will not come out and look at it. The woman on the reception told me she was through with me and I should not ever call them again. Even Samsung had a bad experience with this person after I told them what happened. Samsung will be removing them from the customer service center list. I don´t know how such a company can survive today in NY or America. I have never been so rudly mistreated from some company that are supposed to be professionals. What a disgrace.
