I took a coat in to have a tear fixed and she told me it would take two weeks at most. I called when the two weeks were up and she said it would be another week. I then called when that week was up and was told yet another week. I always had to call her to see what was going on with my coat. I had to pay full price for something that took twice as long as it should have. Her reasoning was that the university gave her a large order AFTER mine so it pushed my coat back. Apparently first come first serve doesn't apply here. Also I asked her if she frequently doesn't make deadlines and she said YES. My question is why doesn't she give a longer estimate in the first place? Don't count on her to get something done on time. However the work she did on the coat was an OK job.
