I brought in a Toro mower for repair. At that time I did not know exactly what was with wrong with the mower. I was assured that they could fix it. After paying around $50 dollars for getting the carburetor cleaned and a needle valve replaced along with a $6 air filter the mower was still not fixed. I took the mower back in and after getting the mower back a few days later I was told it was just a bad gas cap which I was charged five dollars for. Why was the gas cap not looked at first? Is it their policy to replace the most expensive things first? I feel that they unfairly charged me and for services that were not needed and I will not use T & T services again
