They broke the grip on the pull cord during repair. Noticed it was broken when I got the lawnmower home. Called and they said they would be happy to fix it if the lawnmower did not cut the grass. The man said to get back with them after the autumn season if the lawnmower did not cut grass. He was basically implying that it should not matter if the grip is broken if the lawnmower does it job at cutting the grass. We took our lawnmower in with the grip intact, I feel that it should have been returned that way. Why didn't they fix the grip before giving it back? That is bad customer service in my opinion. They also charged me full price for an 18 oz bottle of oil, which only 4 oz fits in my mower. They did not give me the remaining bottle of oil. Their labor fee cost more than what the mower is worth. Worked for the first few times i cut the grass and now it doesnt even start.
