I called Dr. Hall office to schedule a FREE consultation to estimate the cost. I told them on the phone specifically, i don't want to have any work done & cost anything. I just want to have a quick FREE consultation. \r
They never say anything about the cost or there's no FREE consultation both on the phone and when I filled out the paperwork in the office. So I went ahead to my appointment and I got my statements for the $125 FREE consultation in mail. I was very, very disappointed about Dr. Hall office professional ethics. \r
After several unsatisfactory phone conversations, wasting my time. I decided to pay my ""$125 FREE consultation"" and WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DR.HALL OFFICE. I also will file a consumer complaint to dental board of CA about the matter. \r
It's not a professional practice to ignore the patient request and not explaining the service/fee before it is performed. I really hope every medical provider can understand there's patients rights besides patients' responsibilities to pay their bill. \r
