The worst DDS office ever.1 hour wait. Office smells, and the front staff are so unprofessional. Awful doesn't even begin to decribe this place. Terrible run don't walk to any other Dentist!! Dr. Hall lose the front office staff there killing your business. Quote only good for 1 year.Went from 2000 a implant to 2400. Big jump.hmm maybe hurting for money. more

I called Dr. Hall office to schedule a FREE consultation to estimate the cost. I told them on the phone specifically, i don't want to have any work done & cost anything. I just want to have a quick FREE consultation. \r They never say anything about the cost or there's no FREE consultation both on the phone and when I filled out the paperwork in the office. So I went ahead to my appointment and I got my statements for the $125 FREE consultation in mail. I was very, very disappointed about Dr. Hall office professional ethics. \r After several unsatisfactory phone conversations, wasting my time. I decided to pay my ""$125 FREE consultation"" and WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DR.HALL OFFICE. I also will file a consumer complaint to dental board of CA about the matter. \r It's not a professional practice to ignore the patient request and not explaining the service/fee before it is performed. I really hope every medical provider can understand there's patients rights besides patients' responsibilities to pay their bill. \r \r I never had any complaints/ bad experiences with other medical professionals before and hope this's the last one.\r \r more
