I cannot get this bike shop to be honest. When a problem is identified, they do not investigate it, they look for the problem, if they cannot identify it, they will not investigate or fix. I have also have them tell me out and out lies to cover up for reasons to not investigate problems.\r

I expect honesty, integrity, neither will you get from this shop. Steer away and spend your money elsewhere. By the way BICI Sports, Durace Rules, Ultegra is okay. Don't lie and state the Durace is for racers and made of inferior materials, not true
