I had this company replace a unit for my downstairs because of a cracked heat exchanger. The next summer I had problems with my upstairs unit and they came out and charged me for 6 lbs of freon at over $600. A week or two later the unit was not cooling again and they came out and told me all the freon had leaked out and I need to buy a new unit which they gladly gave me quotation for. I talked with a frient at work who referred me to another company in Franklin. I had them come out and look at my unit. He checked the freon and topped it off with one lb. He cleaned the unit which One Hour did not do and the unit worked fine.\r

One Hour Heating and Cooling will try to sell you things that you do not need. IF you try this company I would strongly recommend that you get a second opinion.
Pros: Friendly to talk with.
Cons: Dishonest and pushy
