I wish I could give Jerry's zero stars. We can't believe how badly we have been treated by Jerry's Toyota. We are a nice young couple right out of college. We got a car there months ago but brought it back a week later due to them doubling the rate they originally quoted us. They (especially the financial manager, John) were extremely rude to us when we brought it back and even told us all these lies about why we couldn't return the car. We knew our rights, though, and returned it. Now, months later, we are still getting slammed with collection notices relating to this car that we don't, and never did, own! We wish we had never set foot in Jerry's. Save yourself some time, money, and headache and stay away!
Pros: nice salesman
Cons: everyone else is rude and dishonest!
