HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE don't listen to a word they tell you it 's all LIES will tell you anything for your business. They rush you through the paper work tell you the payment you want ,but when you get the statement it's almost a $100.00 more than what you agreed to. Then when you call to tell them about it ,they act like they don't know what your talking about. and to make things worst they stop answering the phone when they see your number. Even went as far as calling the business and asked the secretary to have the manager to call us back well guess what 3 days later and still no call back. why doesn't that surprise me. I did recommend this business. After my car was stolen a few years back, I had the opportunity to purchase a new car. I had my eye on the FJ for at least a year prior. I went to different dealerships that completely profiled me, and kept trying to sell me cars that they ""thought"" i could afford, or that people ""like me"" (early 30's, single female"") tended to buy. \r \r I came across Jerry's Toyota on happenstance, and they had plenty of FJ's at the time and we sealed the deal. Since I bought my car, I have found that the service department is great and has always taken care of me. Over 3 years later, and 30K miles, I bring my FJ in every 6 months for service oil change and tire rotation. \r \r If I have any issues in between, the ladies at the service counter are extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you Dora!\r \r There is a reason that I make my semi-annual basic maintenance hour long trip to their dealership. more

Horrible Experience... DONT BUY at JERRY's 2/28/2012

I agree with the last comment... there has to be something fishy with the reviews giving 5-stars... I had a terrible experience buying a car there recently. They change the numbers on you after negotiating, they bait and switch you after signing a ton of paperwork, they will say whatever it takes to get you to keep going and then further down the line they claim they never said such a thing... even if you have it written down in paper... the management tries to convince you they are loosing all kinds of money on the sale, they will fail to mention specific requirements to qualify for the free tires for life program (which requires you to spend at least around $150 per year with them... on alignment and balancing... but they will tell you a million times that you get free rotations every 5k miles... until of course after you have bought the vehicle are the mandatory alignment and balancing brought up to your attention... Finally, once you have signed all the paperwork and they have sold you on how amazingly reliable Toyota's are, the finance manager will tell you that 22% of Toyotas come back for non maintenance problems before 36k miles so you absolutely need to buy the extended warranty, because you can expect your car to fail more often than you think (less than other brands, of course, but just the same quite a bit because of all the electronics... and you will lose tons of money trying to fix it because it is really expensive to fix the new Toyotas)... it goes on, and on, and on... they insult your intelligence at every turn... you can expect a really really nice salesman that will be really kind as you are put through all the classic dirty car dealership sales techniques... I WILL NEVER buy another car from Jerry's and I suggest neither do you... DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE more

I am very surprised by all these positive reports, I have the worst experience, they ripped me off....not to mention worst coustmer service (of course after sighning the papers). I wish every one has such kind of experience so that they will go out of bussiness. more

I was a first time buyer here at Jerry's Toyota and my experience here was INCREDIBLE!!! That same night, I drove off the lot in my brand new 2011 Toyota Corolla. I am beyond pleased by the customer service provided here at Jerry's Toyota. Big Thanks to REGINA DIEM who welcomed me with EXCELLENT customer service. I must say she is an EXCELLENT sales consultant!!! She provided me with EXCELLENT service. She didn't pressure me to hurry up and buy like other sales agents. She made me feel welcomed and at ease. Being a first time buyer I really needed that feeling. I would STRONGLY recommend her services to any old/new consumers in search of a car. more

New Car Purchase 7/22/2011

Recently I decided to buy a new car to replace my substantially well worn car. This would be my third car purchased at Jerry's Toyota because they have extremely good customer service. The Sales Consultant who helped me that day - Jonathan Sanders was extremely patient when I wanted to look at all the Camrys on the lot; I even test drove one model.\r I was also able to negotiate a price that I liked and Jonathan was very helpful in dealing with his boss to get me the price I wanted. I would definitely go back to Jerry's Toyota to purchase a car in the future and totally appreciated the help that Jonathan Sanders provided. more

See Ms. Regina Diem, she was GREAT ! 6/30/2011

I went to Jerry's Toyota to purchase a new 2011 Toyota Venza. I was welcomed by great coustomer service from (leasing agent) Regina Diem. She was great, she wasnt pushing me to buy or in a rush like most sales agents I have come in contact with. I was given an estimated quote, and taken for a test drive right away. I did not purchase my car that night. But I decided to wait and do a little more research. And to my surprise I was able to find my vehicle for $4000.00 cheaper online. But when I returned they willing gave me the internet price that I had seen durning my research. I am really statisfied !!! more

Satisfied, but disappointed 6/3/2011

I negotiated a price online, and it was increased when I requested a copy of the purchase order. In the end, I was able to get it for the price we originally agreed on, but only because I had done my research and was not willing to pay any more! \r \r When doing the paperwork, I told them I already had financing elsewhere. They insisted that I fill out what they called a ""Cash Application"". I specifically said several times to the manager and saleman, DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT! I asked and was reassured that this was NOT a credit application and that they couldn't sell me the car unless I filled it out. Needless to say, the next day I received a credit alert and guess what....ding, ding, ding, YOU GUESSED IT, 1 Inquiry made by Jerry's Toyota. \r \r Now although I walked out of there with the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. They outright lied to me and totally disregarded what I asked of them several times, they have forever lost a customer. This is so unfortunate because what could have been a relatively great buying experience turned into losing a customer. \r \r It's really ashame because I would never buy anything but a Toyota, but I won't buy again from Jerry's. \r \r more

Lovin my FJ from Jerry's Toyota!!! 4/12/2011

After looking at most other truck brands I decided to go with the Toyota FJ Cruiser. I went by or at least spoke to most of the other dealers on my side of town. Why does Toyota have so many stores? Any way, I went to Jerry's Toyota and was greeted (vs being stalked like live prey) with a friendly sales person, Tom. Tom was great, he knew the FJ inside and out. We talked about the FJ and it's capabilities and he mentioned a few extra accessories. The FJ is a real go anywhere do anything truck. I absolutely love it. Can't wait to get the parts I ordered on my FJ. The sales process was very relaxed. No pressure and No BS. Friendly staff and informative. I would buy another car there tomorrow if I needed to. more

I allways bought my cars from the other guy on Bel Air Rd, But I wanted to keep them honest, So I went To jerry's, last Sat. and It's True "" FOR THE BEAST DEAL ANYWHERE YOU JUST GOTTA COME TO JERRY'S""\r my sales person FRANK was very helpfull on my new Tundra, and the manager John, beat the other price I had gotten by allmost $800.00, and my payment was allmost $20.00 less then my trusted dealer that I had buying vehicles from for more than 30 years.\r \r Jerry's also gave me tires for the life of my truck, not oil changes that Toyota gives for free, like my old dealer...\r \r Go see Frank C. and John M. at Jerry's !!!!\r \r AND LETS GO O""S !!!!!!!!! more

Best car shopping experiance I've ever had 4/10/2011

Was greeted at the front desk by the Sales manager (John Barry). He was very friendly and intoduced me to one of his salemen. It seemed to me that he wanted to make sure that I was going to be given the red carpet treatment. I told him an the sales rep what I was looking for and they both snapped as if I was the only personof importance there that day. I will recommend all of my co-workers and family to come to Jerry's Toyota. more

Great buying experience 4/10/2011

After getting the run around at a couple Toyota stores, my wife and I went to Jerry's and left with a certified Camry 3 hours later. The managers Jason and Kevin were very helpful. Answered our questions timely. Got the payment we wanted, plus we received free tires for life along with some other benefits. We will recommend Jerrys to all our friends. more

Bought New Corolla S 4/9/2011

Bought my 5th Toyota today. Excellent service from the Sales Rep (Priscilla) and the Finance Mgr (Mr. High tower). I got a great price and you have to admit that if you take care of your car, it'll run for years. Looking for a new car stop by Jerry's Toyota. more

Terrible Service Department. 4/6/2011

This dealership tried to take advantage of me and straight up lied. They told me that it would take 2 hours and $176 in labor costs to change a headlight because they had to take the bumper off. I left the dealership, purchased a new light bulb and changed it myself in about 15 minutes!! Avoid at all costs. more

Great Experience 3/29/2011

I was dreading my new car purchase because of a couple past experiences. I figured I would be at the dealership for hours and going back and forth on price. I started online this time. Jerry's had the best price and for life program. When I came in there was minimal negioation and everyone was GREAT! I will recommend Jerrys to everyone I can!! more

Sold a used car that had been in front end accident 7/4/2010

Bought a 2009 Camry last summer and was told it was never in an accident. Never felt like the car was safe, so went to trade it in at another dealer and found out the cat that had less than 5,000 miles on it had been in not 1, but 2 accidents including a front end accident.
