We had rented a pontoon boat for memorial day on lake lewisville with another agency. After we were out about 1 1/2 hours the guy came up to us and told us we had to go back because it looked like something was wrong with the boat. After going back he told us we wouldnt be able to use boat and had to find someone else to rent to us. We found aloha and the guy there got us into the water on a boat fast. He also told us the best spots on the lake to go and gave us rides to our vehicles. Great customer service.
