IN MARCH 2009 I WENT TO THIS RESTAURANT PUCHASED THE BONE-IN SIRLION. I ORDERED IT MEDIUM. IT CAME MEDIUM THE PIECE OF STEAK I RECEIVED HAD FAT THROUGHOUT IT. THE OUTSIDE OF THE STEAK WAS CHARCOAL BURNT AND THE STEAK WAS TASTELESS.I SENT IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE ME A BETTER QUALITY CUT
