Think about it, how much of a pain do you have to be for a business person to PAY you not to come anymore? Put your money where your mouth is. Come in and bring me a blouse and let me examine it. And after cleaning, if I put a hole in it, I will give you $1000 cash. If I do not put a hole in it, you give me $500 in cash.

You also said customer is always right. Is a customer always right when last year a lady made a claim for a jacket for $800 and when I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and spoke with the distributor, he told me that the jacket was $40 at Dillards and $35 at Macy's?!

Here's a guarantee for all my customers: If you come in and personally show me a garment and after examination, I clean it and it has a hole in it. I will give you $100 plus what the blouse is worth at the time of cleaning.
Its a shame that anyone can say what they want without recourse on the internet, but I am also glad that a business can tell our side of the story.
I think most of the viewers of this site who deal with the public know or seen incidences of people that just have a vindictive nature and this is a great example of one.
