John, the owner has serious anger issues and obviously does not know the rules of customer service in America #1 the customer is always right and #2 when in doubt, refer to number one. I asked him if he could properly clean a silk shirt. Yes I was told. He burned the fibers of a brand new silk jcrew blouse and tore it and only gave me a refund on the cleaning. He became very defensive when he realized that he had damaged my clothes. They are extremely expensive and not worth it at all. I have had to point out several issues. With so many honest cleaners who are well worth the price, go elsewhere. Not dependable or trustworthy. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
