Rude, and cold at times. Tom (swim director) seems to never be available. Had a problem w/ childrens swim contract, his wife calls me (she is not personnel), but acted like it, and will give u wrong information), she was mean, lacked professionalism & experience. She didn't make sense, and tried to boot me out of a paid contract. My kids have had lessons there for years (before it was Gold's)-they could of continued making money for the gym if they had better customer relations, but lost it.
Pros: ok equipment, not crowded.
Cons: bad customer service.
