I dropped my computer off on a Monday after being told on the phone that I could ""just bring it in"".
When I got there I had to pay in advance for back up and diagnosis and once they had my money it has been a never ending parade of excuses as to why they still do not even know what is wrong with the thing FOUR DAYS LATER. I have explained that this is our business and my livelihood and they act sympathetic and then continue to get nothing done.
If you have important data on your computer and need it repaired in a hurry THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE IT.
