Poor Phone Skills 2/8/2010

I called and asked to speak to some one in customer service. I was transferred and a lady answered and she said how can I help you as I got to mid sentence she told me to hold on then I could hear her talk to some one else in the back ground. She then came back and I told her that I am trying to locate a purchase receipt for a computer. She then asked me to call them back. What happened to Customer Service and taking down my number and asking if you can call back. more

Big Toy Store 10/9/2005

Say bye bye to Radio Shack, Fry's eletronics is a big wharehouse store for eletronics to home goods. They have a good return policy but bad service. You can spend hours at this store and not be bored. I once spent 4 hours wondering the store looking at goods. A fair choice 8/8/2005

Fry's is a fair choice for your computer and electronic needs. Staff are not as knowledgeable as they should be about products and services. Prices are good when there is a sale. A HUGE store, each with it's own theme. They do carry some hard to find items. Lines move fast due to huge quantity of check-out registers. more

I've never been impressed by this place. They advertise great prices, but they are often out of things, and its almost impossible to get help when you need it. Return policies are difficult, and they have a bad reputation with things not working when you buy them. I dont like returning things that should have worked when you bought them. You can do better online, or at Best Buy. more

Fry's Electronics is the place. They have every thing you need in an electronics stores. They prices are great and they have really good customer services. Fry's is the place to get your electronics. more

USED STUFFs 6/25/2005

I went to drop for a new laptop. I brought mine laptop thinking it was brand new, well that what the sale person told me. When I got home and turn on the laptop. The bags were open and most of the stuff inside has been used. I went back to fry, I waited in line for 30 minutes and find out that I was in the wrong place. Returning at Fry is such a hassle. I'll never buy stuff at fry again. more

i like fry's because i'm a big music fan and the store usually has the best prices for cds. they usually beat best buy in price. availabilty is another issue though. i was a little disappointed a while back when a cd i really wanted was sold out. when i went to best buy, there was an ample supply of the cd i wanted. that, i guess, is a big con. more

Worst place to buy 6/22/2005

Fry's Electronics electronic is probably the worst place to buy. Why? Because out of 5 items I brought from them, only 2 actually work. I ended up return the other three back. Even make it worst, the line was long; out the door long. I suggest people to stay away from Fry. more
