Our range has no power so we called these guys to come and see if they could fix it because a year or so ago they had fixed our dryer. The appt was for 11-2 on a Saturday. We arranged our morning to be home. I was called at 10:45 to tell me that our home was OUTSIDE their coverage area!! WHAT?? They have already come here. The guy said he didn't know why they had scheduled us in the first place. Well let me tell you.... it was the SAME guy! He was hard to understand the first time and just as hard to understand the second time. There was no mistake that it was him. They are in Round Rock and don't service our Pflugerville rural area because we have a Coupland mailing address?? C'mon. Look at a map! Never again with these people. If they are not bright enough to pull up Mapquest, I don't need them looking at my appliances.
