The worst, will never call them again. Ben's attitude was smug and condescending. It started from the phone call, where he was hard to understand and told me he couldn't come for 2 days. When I asked if there was anything sooner AND I told him the exact problem as explained to me by the manufacturer. He said he could come the next morning. Nothing about costs for parts which he said he had on hand, nothing about his service charge. Just ""I'll be there between 10 and noon.""
When he arrived he acted as though he was doing us a favor but that ""this might not solve the problem..."" Really? Did I need the lesson on how things get repaired? Then he said it would be $250! The part was $100 and his labor would be $150. When I asked if his hourly rate was $150 he said ,""that's what things cost these days."" Had I known, I would have called another company. I wish I had checked the reviews before I called. HORRIBLE experience from what should be a ""service"" company.
