I just got off the phone with the General Manager Amy. There was issue that my card got delined. So I was calling to ask them run again. Then when speaking to Amy she said you have to bring check or cash (which I had no problem with). But then she told me that three other cards were declined at the same day. I said well it seems like an issue on your side and Im not understanding why you cannot run the card again. She began to yell at me when I just simply was asking her to run it again I have plenty of money to cover the little $97 that was being charged to the card. She said he(owner greg) will not run it again, but then later tells me he (the owner) ran it twice. (contradicting huh) Through this conversation I could not get any words out she was talking over me and yelling the entire time. She then hung up on me I called her back she continued to yell at me and talk over me. I asked her if I could talk to anyone else she said I am the General Manager; I said can I speak with the owner she said he is not here; so I asked for a call back she said he won't call you back. I told her I think I am going to talk to mom about this; she said if you would listen I have told you need to talk to mom to get her to send us a check or u come pay cash. I said no I mean about this service, She continues to talk over me yell and continue her tantrum, Keep in mind I have asked like 3 times (between both phone calls) why are you yelling and she says its because ur yelling at me..(and believe me I wasn't yelling nor did i curse at this women) .I said I am not yelling and than i raise voice to say THIS IS YELLING. She then hangs up again and yells BYE B%***!!!. Such great customer service.... Afterwards my mom (its actually her service she is deployed in iraq) She asked them about what happened they proceeded to say I was yelling and cursing at them. That I was the one that called ""amy"" a b****. Then the Owner Greg Jackson got on the phone and said I was here and it was your daughter that was cursing. My mom said are u calling my daughter a liar and they said yes. Then she says i think i need to find another service Greg (the owner) says yes i think you should and he hung up on her!!! Pros: the ladies that clean are very nice Cons: Managment is horrible more
