I will be asking for my key back. I kept with them thinking if I complain enough or try to instruct them more in what I expect, they will get better. The girls are pleasant, but they do not clean. They skipped my office and laundry room totally. They made up a bed with wrinkles, they don't wipe down window sills or baseboards. The main reason I hired them was for baseboards since my knee was replaced I have a difficult time bending down. I have a small reasonably clean house, I just wanted the team to do a thorough job. They don't ""get"" it as far as how to actually clean, not just wipe out a tub and straighten. more

No customer service! Sloppy Cleaning Job! 9/23/2009

Just wanted to let you know that I had an initial cleaning done today by Molly Maid of Killeen, TX. I was NOT happy with how the ladies cleaned my house and had to ask them to re-do several things such as a carpet that was never vacuumed, baseboards ...that weren't cleaned in the kitchen and bathroom, backsplash that wasn't clean, and a floor that wasn't mopped. They also didn't clean my kitchen cabinet doors like promised in the deep clean. When I called to report this problem, Amy said, ""I do not need to know what they didn't do."" I find this to be very rude and unprofessional. If I am paying $200 for my house to be deep cleaned, I expect it to be cleaned and I feel like the manager should want to know what the girls didn't do right the first time. It shouldn't matter if they already fixed it, the management should know the type of service the girls are giving when cleaning a house. I felt very uncomfortable having to ask them to re-do certain areas of the house. When Amy came over to re-do the cabinets she became aggitated because I told her I found they still hadn't done the baseboards in the west side of the kitchen. She said she didn't bring a mop. I told her there were crumbs under the table and showed her spots on the kitchen floor they hadn't goteen cleaned. She told me, ""I can tell you have eaten since we have been here since there are crumbs on your counter."" I told her, ""As a matter of fact, we haven't eaten. The crumbs are from my toaster which I just moved to see if your girls cleaned under there."" Then, she dumped the crumbs on my counter! She yelled at me and I told her this relationship was OVER! Please get out of my house! I will not be using them again! Learn some customer service! Pros: 2 of the 3 cleaning girls were nice Cons: Horrible Cleaning Job, Being yelled at by management! more

awful management 5/3/2009

I just got off the phone with the General Manager Amy. There was issue that my card got delined. So I was calling to ask them run again. Then when speaking to Amy she said you have to bring check or cash (which I had no problem with). But then she told me that three other cards were declined at the same day. I said well it seems like an issue on your side and Im not understanding why you cannot run the card again. She began to yell at me when I just simply was asking her to run it again I have plenty of money to cover the little $97 that was being charged to the card. She said he(owner greg) will not run it again, but then later tells me he (the owner) ran it twice. (contradicting huh) Through this conversation I could not get any words out she was talking over me and yelling the entire time. She then hung up on me I called her back she continued to yell at me and talk over me. I asked her if I could talk to anyone else she said I am the General Manager; I said can I speak with the owner she said he is not here; so I asked for a call back she said he won't call you back. I told her I think I am going to talk to mom about this; she said if you would listen I have told you need to talk to mom to get her to send us a check or u come pay cash. I said no I mean about this service, She continues to talk over me yell and continue her tantrum, Keep in mind I have asked like 3 times (between both phone calls) why are you yelling and she says its because ur yelling at me..(and believe me I wasn't yelling nor did i curse at this women) .I said I am not yelling and than i raise voice to say THIS IS YELLING. She then hangs up again and yells BYE B%***!!!. Such great customer service.... Afterwards my mom (its actually her service she is deployed in iraq) She asked them about what happened they proceeded to say I was yelling and cursing at them. That I was the one that called ""amy"" a b****. Then the Owner Greg Jackson got on the phone and said I was here and it was your daughter that was cursing. My mom said are u calling my daughter a liar and they said yes. Then she says i think i need to find another service Greg (the owner) says yes i think you should and he hung up on her!!! Pros: the ladies that clean are very nice Cons: Managment is horrible more
