I have had preventative pest control for the past 3 years. I have had several problems relating to the quality of work and also with the billing department due to software problems. While they finally did resolve the issues to my satisfaction, the irritation and repetitive issues were more than I could deal with. It seemed at first to be a great company...then the employee turnover seemed extreme. I never saw the same technician and it seemed as if they had communication issues as well....sending a technician out when i specifically said not to and then charging me. Was very frustrating. maybe if they get there act together and get their software issues corrected, they could become a satisfactory company again.
