Preventive Pest Control

I've been using Preventative Pest Control for in excess of ten years. It depends on which technician you get, how good a job they do. Some of them are really thorough, and others are hit-and-run, which I should really call up and discuss with management, but I haven't done that yet. more

We've had Preventive Pest Control for several years, and in between service, they are extremely prompt and will come out as often as you need them to, which I really have appreciated. We have a reoccurring ant problem. I know they're not miracle workers, but they could try being a little more aggressive with their solutions. I will say that they have been very successful with eliminating our scorpion problem. Originally, I was using a different company and I switched from that company to them and I'm happy I did. We have three properties and they take care of two of our rentals and our home. We had many black widow spiders which were a big threat to our kids and dog. They were able to clear those up and they have never come back. They are very reliable and call us when they are on the way. They are very friendly, and are just good people. more

The technicians at Preventive Pest Control are always on time and always come when they say they are going to. After the job is finished, they always come to my house for any sort of re-service. With Preventive Pest Control, the customer is always right. When I wasn't getting the kind of service I expect from another pest control company, I terminated my account and called Preventative. They're the best. They will spare no expense in treating your home, and are not frugal with their chemicals like others are. They will use what they need to use to get the job done right. Preventative is also the only company I've found that uses the Powerspray method. They will spray a few feet up the walls to ensure that the pests don't just move to higher ground, but are eliminated. This is a very effective method, and they will do the entire perimeter of my home this way. If there is ever a problem, they will come out again and again until you are satisfied. They are just awesome. The technicians are on time and very professional. There's nothing they won't do to get the job done. The girls at the office will answer the phone right away, and you don't have to play phone tag with them. They are an all around top notch company. more

I have had preventative pest control for the past 3 years. I have had several problems relating to the quality of work and also with the billing department due to software problems. While they finally did resolve the issues to my satisfaction, the irritation and repetitive issues were more than I could deal with. It seemed at first to be a great company...then the employee turnover seemed extreme. I never saw the same technician and it seemed as if they had communication issues as well....sending a technician out when i specifically said not to and then charging me. Was very frustrating. maybe if they get there act together and get their software issues corrected, they could become a satisfactory company again. more
