We did have to try three times to get hides that were a match to samples in the store. What was orginally presented to us did not really come close to the samples hanging on their wall. However once we did find the right hides to work with, our sofas were made quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They are lovely. We were treated with respect and courtesy by Mr. Bouldin at the corporate office, and John Liles at the retail store went out of his way to be helpful. We would certainly recommend this store to our friends and family members.
