I called this vendor to repair my Hotpoint dryer. He repaired the dryer and it worked for 30 minutes. The repairman told me the motor was getting ready to go out after he charged and was paid $120 for the service call. I tried to use the dryer the next day, the dryer no longer works. A honest repair person should have offered an option to the customer to have the dryer repaired If the repairman knew up front the appliance was not any good. Instead he took my money and told me afterwards.Unfortunately, he was paid in cash. Had I paid by check I would have stopped payment on the check. I would not recommend this company as a result of the lack of integrity from the repairman.
