Support is one of the most important aspects of any software system that you are using. The level of support that SCI Solutions provides impresses me the most. They are also good at listening to customers for enhancement requests. With SCI, you do not have to pay a fee to submit an enhancement request.
Their scheduling.com software lends itself well to working with other applications, setting up interfaces so that you can pump information in and out of the system. That way, we have one system that is a repository of all our outpatient appointments.
