i took my wedding gown there to be cleaned and preserved. when i got the box out to show my aunt i was really disappointed. it was falling off the form and way down at the bottom of the box it looked terrible. i assumed it was vacuumed sealed but i saw a slit in the bottom of the box that i could stick my finger in so i knew it was not vacuumed sealed. i called the next day to ask if they vacuumed sealed for wedding gown preservation and the woman that i spoke to on the phone said yes. my parents took my dress back to get it fixed and everyone that was working didn't know what to do or what to tell my parents and they said they would see what they could do. so i went in there today and i assume i talked to the owner who was not helpful and very rude. he said all they could do was open the box and TAPE my dress up higher in the box, but then the box would have to be taped shut. like they couldn't put it in a new box? then i asked about the vacuum sealing and they said they didn't do th
