The first time I took my cleaning to Starcrest, I took my winter coat to be cleaned. I knew it was missing a button, but I thought I would get the coat cleaned first and fix the button later. I didn't even mention it to the Starcrest staff. Imagine the pleasant surprise I received when I took coat out of the dry cleaning bag and realized they not only cleaned it, but also replaced the button (using an extra button from the inside of the coat) - they didn't mention it and didn't charge me extra for it. What a great first impression!\r
Since then, I have regularly taken suits, sweaters, etc. to Starcrest and have received excellent service and perfectly cleaned and pressed clothing.
