I had some positive experiences with Otto Kihm in the past, but the last time I went in for a simple tire rotation and balance two things went wrong. They failed to properly torque my lug nuts, so, while driving down the expressway I started to experience a vibration. I pulled off the road that 4 of my 5 lug nuts could be turned by hand on one my wheels, and one the nuts was sheared off. I then took my car to another garage where they discovered that on another wheel they had hammered on one my tire wheel studs and had damaged the abs sensor on my brake. I'm lucky that one of my wheel did not come off causing a horrific accident and my rear brake still works. I'm still waiting to hear if they will cover any of the costs of the repairs because of their inability to correct mount a tire on a car.
