This is written in response to the poor reviews posted here.\r

Two of these posts are from people that never contacted our shop with any questions or concerns. This leads me to believe these are from competing shops or someone else that would be out to damage our reputation.\r

The review about the stripped drain plug hole is a situation that I am aware of. This situation has been resolved and the customer has been back for service again, her name is Stacy G.\r

We have been in business here in Holly for nearly 20 years. We have thousands of satisfied customers. Some people will say anything when they are anonymous.\r
