My husband and I went to John's Pass this past weekend. We were walking along, window shopping, when we noticed that there were stores on the upper level too. We felt bad for the store owners that no one seemed to be going upstairs to visit these stores, so we decided to go for it. We went into this puppet store and were looking around. It's basically a store of hand puppets. So I tried one out and went up to my husband and pretended it was talking to him. The old woman staff member was extremely rude and roughly yelled ""DON'T TOUCH HIS FACE!"". At this point I would like to point out that I was not touching his face. I totally 100% understand that she does not want the puppets to touch people's faces. But she most definitely could've pointed this out in a much better way. My husband promptly said, ""Let's go"". I said to the mean lady ""See ya"", she said something like ""Next time"" to which I replied ""We won't be coming back"" and she said ""good""! I couldn't believe how rude this staff memeber was to us. We are a normal couple in our 30's, we were dressed nicely, and acting appropriately. In this economy you would think that they would be more welcoming to customers.
