When calling for an appointment you wait forever and then get some lame thing like ""Dr. is out today you'll have to make an appointment"". When you answer ""that's why I called the appointment line""you get ""Well I don't do appointments, let me transfer you"". Then you wait another half hour and start all over again. I finally made an appointment for the next monday I stated ""I went to the hospital yesterday and my BP was only 95 over 50. They said I should see my doctor immediately. Are you sure I should wait through the weekend?"" I asked if I could get an appointment the next day and they told me I had to call the next mroning. When I called the enxt morning it turned out they never made my Monday appointment. Said they had put into their computer I had hung up.\r \r Naturally, I am changing my doctor assignment to another agency today. I am a returning customer, imagine how they treat new patients.
